A bap with a sandwich of haggis, bacon and haggis inside it!!!
One for a rare treat.
Never heard of this at all. Yuk and I am Scottish but glad you enjoyed it.

You’ll do it Vince, I’m sure! My fight is rather different and I can’t influence it with measured carb intake but I’ll be battling none the less.
And I know you will give it a hell of a fight Amigo.

Thanks to everyone, Really appreciate your support.🙂

‘Well, Vince the Prince made it look a cinch and he’s down to 36!’ 🙂

Tell them it was a diet of avocados, olives and strong blue cheese Vince...it’s partially true! :D You’re heading off the Diabetic Register at this rate but something tells me you might not want to in case complacency sets in.
LOL Just thinking, no one had called me "Vince The Prince" for centuries lol.
I used to get that often as well as "The Prince Of Darkness" at one time in my life.:D

Well done bonnie lad. We will definitely celebrate on 23rd. Keep up the good work. 🙂
Ta eggyg, a few bevvies will for sure :D

Well, got my result. Hba1c is 36. :D
Record todate
Sept 2017. 78 put on metformin
Jan 2018. 33 taken of metformin
June 2018. 36. No metformin
This is my first drug free result.
Dr. called me a superstar lol and asked if I would be willing to talk to others who are not handling it so well, of course I said yes.
So I am now sitting in Seahouses having Haddock with chips and mushy peas:D and tartare sauce, bread and butter and thoroughly loving it.
Told the doc what I intended to do and her reply was “ Enjoy them, your pancreas can handle that occasionally “.
Vince is well pleased.
Well done Vincent, hope it's only couple of chips lol and no breadcrumbs on the fish,,and if your having ice cream for afters have some for me lol

I bet nobody ever called you a poor old pensioner though! :D
No one apart from Vince Amigo...besides you forgot he's a 'needy' POP.

Well done Vincent, hope it's only couple of chips lol and no breadcrumbs on the fish,,and if your having ice cream for afters have some for me lol
