The clue is in the title. I know that none of us want to have Diabetes,
and can list endless irritations about it but, having developed it
what, if any, benefits do you get from having Diabetes?
I know that I
- am a lot more aware of my own body
- take more care over choices of foods.
- have had a free prescriptions since diagnosis
- am a lot more organised
- get a 6 monthly 'MOT'
