I'm still with you on the emotional roller coaster .... 4 months in!
When I was first 'branded' my BP was also high, not just slightly high! .... along with all my other stats. I made it VERY clear I wanted to be free of any medication if possible .... and 4 months on - I still am and as you can see below my stats are all good ... in fact whilst not listed my BP is a tad on the low side now!
How long I can 'ward this off' for I don't know - but will give it my best shot!
Being a complete amateur at this my understanding is that Statins will help control Cholsterol not so much BP, that is different medication, and that the Metformin will help reduce your BS levels over time.
