Another update popped into same place today to pick up my neighbours prescription for her. The lovely lady pharmacist was there and she had heard about the locum and what he put me through. She handed me an envelope with a so sorry note enclosed and a gift voucher. The other staff members also said how embarrassed they were with what had happened. From what I can gather the locum has been reported to head office and it will be taken further.
I hope he gets a ticking off and it's left at that.

Grrr! My pharmacist is too nice to be rude to me, I'll have to wait for her to go on holiday and see if I can get a locum to offend me! 😉
