Those levels do look absolutely fine when compared to what the recommended NHS guidelines say.
It would probably be a good idea to continue working down to your target weight and see if you get the same response then. At the rate you have been going I suspect it might not take too long. When you get to target weight, if things stay as they are, I suspect your Doctor might be happy to leave you on diet/exercise ? but it depends if that is what you want and what will make you happy and not anxious.
Oh, semi-skim will have less fat but the same carbs so it will cause you to go higher. I?d keep the yoghurt. Adding seeds as per Natalie?s suggestion works too (pumpkin seeds are nice).
