Just thought i'd share with you that i've bought a new recipe book off of Amazon! Only ?9. Its Snog Healthy Treats Cookbook. The recipes use gluten free flour and agave nectar making it low gi 🙂 So hopefully I can make cake AND eat it too 
I have been trying to work out where Spelt bread comes in the scheme of things? the flour is suposed to be course I understand.
Hi what is agave nectar where abouts in a supermarket are you liable to find it?
I believe spelt is an alternative to ordinary flour for people with coeliac disease where gluten is a problem.
Don't think so Alan, spelt contains Gluten! It's an ancient sub-species of wheat (does back to neolithic times)
