Group 7-day waking average?

hadn't thought of getting a induction hot plate
We opted for one when we had our new kitchen and have never regretted it. It's a doddle to clean, just a spray (we use Method kitchen spray) and a quick wipe and it's done. It's 9 years old and still looks new. You have to have the right kind of pans, though - some won't work on an induction hob.

Evening, was 7.7 this morning, think maybe we call that a Double Len
was just really busy this morning after a most welcome Lay-In as my wife is off work this week and next
otherwise I’m usually up to take her to work at 07:00am

I never got to watch GP yesterday, but watched the Football in the evening, was thinking one thing after the game, that was also talked about on the radio today, whilst any Male footballers that might be Gay or Bi etc, after all there must be many in professional football (at the higher levels) they are not able to admit it, but in the women’s game it’s quite acceptable for them to be comfortable and open regarding their sexuality.

Ive been quite busy at work at the moment, but certainly loads happier, since I left my last job a few months ago
sorry, seems I’m behind on many people’s posts, having not spent as much time as I would like to, in reading through other people’s posts.

BUT a quick scan of some of the posts …
think an induction hot plate is a great idea for Pam whilst getting her kitchen done for suggesting it @Martin.A
also regarding disposal of of unwanted appliances have you considered offering them, either for free or sale on Facebook marketplace? Congrats on your HS today @Pam123 ….. and your HS yesterday @Barrowman (plus any others I’ve missed)

Hope people have had a great day
TC

Yes - when we got our US-style fridge-freezer we offered our old fridge-freezer for free on a local Facebook group and someone snapped it up straight away. Same when we changed our old LCD tv for an LED Smart TV. If things are still in working order then it seems a shame to just take them to the tip.

we have bought a new TV for the bedroom I put the old one up on Facebook and it went in a snap

A 6.1 for me after a 2u correction before bed.Did take some extra insulin for tea as my wife had made a big pasta dish which I ended up leaving some which is unusual for me.
So I ended up going into red later on so did have some biscuits to bring me back up and took the correction dose just to keep me on even keel and it seemed to do the trick.
Up early as one of dogs wanted to go out at 4.30:into the early rain but was not out long.
Home early yesterday and similar day today so not working too hard and this time of year is always “ bitty” with holidays etc.
Anyway have a good day.

Good morning - 8.7

Morning all, 6.4 here. Still no rain here, it threatened yesterday. I tempted fate by putting wood stain on the french windows, and hanging the washing out, and it spotted with rain for about a minute (enough for me to run out to the line and bring the washing in, but not enough to join up all the dots on the patio)..and then it stopped.

Good morning all. 6.8.

A very busy day yesterday, full of kids and chaos. Today, for the first time in 10 days we have nothing to do, ie childcare, getting married, appointments etc. I'm planning on just pottering about, maybe a bit reading, a short walk, but I must feed my poor birds, I know they won't starve, plenty of berries and bugs but I like to see them on the feeders.

Have a great day.

GoodMorning 6.9 today

Have a Terrific Tuesday everybody

A 5.6 for me this morning. 🙂 It's cloudy and grey but we're not expecting rain. (Famous last words!)

6.4

First of the Mindfulness Based CBT sessions this morning. Theatre this afternoon. I’ll follow that with gym. I’ll follow that with watching a couple of episodes of Traitors NZ on iPlayer I expect.

1Morning all hope you are all well
4.0 for me couple of JBs any excuse for JBs, 15 mins later 6.3
Not sleeping well last night i got 3 hours, the night b4 none, am experiencing pycosis symptoms not badly but enough to concern staff. Apparently last night and night b4 I sat in communal dinning room at night and was talking about hearing voices. I can remember being in room but not the talking. After nurse has been for my insulin am going to lay on bed and try to sleep . Have got dentist on Thursday beginning of a long and expensive pr ocess of dental implants, still it's worth it I want my nashers back and to be able to eat on left side of my mouth.
Hope for a good day for all of you, as always extra special wishes for anyone on their own or struggling
Love gail

Morning

5.4 today, today I will mostly doing housework, then sorting some clothes out ready for my holiday in Norfolk, but won’t actually start pacing until later in the week.

@Pam123 - congratulations on yesterday’s HS, pleased to hear you managed to sort hubby’s meds out and the kitchen is started.

Good morning all you friendly forum folks. A Len for me this morning.
Had a good day in the garden yesterday. The car and trailer are full of perennial weeds and old bits of timber to go to the recycling centre this morning. Putting on a laundry wash before we go so it's ready to hang out when we get back. If the weather stays dry I am hoping to inspect the beehives.
More clearing of old timber that hubby has decided he won't reuse plus the never ending weeding.
Booked a lady to do my feet next week. I can't see to cut my toenails now. It will also be nice to give them a bit of a pamper. Hubby did offer to lend me his angle grinder and rasp

Have a good day everyone. Hope you manage to get some rest @gail2
Can't believe it will be August at the end of the week! Where has this year gone?

Well it was 6.5 at six o clock this morning. When I woke up again at 7.30am it had risen to 8.5. Oh well, at least no big lows overnight and quite a flat line.

We’re thinking we might move nearer the kids on the other side of London so I’ve organised a valuation this morning. Might also be a pipe dream but worth planning for just in case. We’ll probably still be here when we pop our respective old clogs.

Nick
