I note on my diet full English obviously without the toast is a good choice. However I have just read Bacon is a processed food. I only ever have one rasher as I don't really like it . My sausages are Heck 97% so could I make better choices. The egg and mushrooms are okay and I love tomatoes so they will go if I really feel they spike it out of control but I would rather not as I have cut back but can still not go without.
Can anyone recommend a better alternative? PS Hubby always had cooked breakfast even if I did not but then Id have tomatoes on toast so I am trying and its not too many days a week. Mostly it was porridge and cereal so now that's changed. I miss fruit in the plain yoghurt seeds n nuts are a chore for me. Loving a muffin but its like a cake then nothing until lunch makes it hard.
