Hi everyone,
I would like to ask if anyone has or is having problems with bloating and breaking wind ? I know it's not the nicest subject to talk about, but for months, I have been dealing with feeling bloated nearly all the time. I am not sure if it's my medication(s) that are causing it or some of the foods I consume. I don't just take meds for my diabetes, I have meds for when I had my heart attack and for intracranial hypertension, high blood pressure and cholesterol.
For the actual amount of food I currently eat, I should be slimmer than I am, but am not sure if I am putting my body into starvation mode by accident compared to if I ate more correct foods during the day.
I know that I am overweight, but the bloating makes me feel and look bigger and regardless of either burping or getting rid of wind as a botty burp (nicer word than f@@ting), I never seem to get rid of the bloated feeling.
Have any of you dealt with this in the past or are currently dealing with it ?
Cheers
Brett
