Hi all- I've just got the word that I may be prediabetic. I've been checking out diet and am a bit confused.
No 1-- I used to eat Greek yoghurt 10% fat at night, but changed to 0% recently. Aldi variety. Then I read that the high fat is actually better because it might have higher protein.
Number 2. I eat some dried fruits- dates, figs - as snacks whenever I feel hunger pangs. Again I'm getting conflicting advice- good for high fibre, but bad for sugar.??
