Hi peeps,
I’m naturally a bit of a skinny bean! I’ve got this long running conumdrum of how to keep up high calories with low carbs without risking stuffing up my gall bladder from eating too much fats and eat enough to not be hungry. I find veg does absolutely nothing to make me feel fuller for longer. Am I thinking the way to go is Keto? Until I became a diabetic I could eat anything and still remain skinny but can’t do gluten now. With my job being physical I need the calories.
