My current hbA1C is 61Welcome to the forum
Would you like to give an idea of what your HbA1C is or examples of your glucose levels which is making your diabetes 'uncontrolled'.
What oral meds are you currently on and are you following any dietary regime to help.
It is easy to assume the meds will do the trick without reducing your carbohydrate intake but that is the most powerful thing you can do which has impact.
Many people find a low carb approach works so re-evaluating your diet may be worth it. This link may help you with some ideas for modifying your diet. https://lowcarbfreshwell.co.uk/

Thankyou. I did look it up, but hoped to have personal info, so I arm my self with questions, when I have apt with diabetic nurse. Xthe non insulin injectable will be from the GLP-1 range
This is a little bit about them and how they work and maybe a starting point to find out more.

I'm not on them personally so can't comment on how well they work 🙂
Hello everydayupsanddownsWelcome to the forum @Jc57
Hope the change in medication is a positive one. Do you know the name of the injection you are being offered? Is it calked something like Ozempic or Duraglutide?
