You can use broccoli instead of cauli if you like that.Thanks for all of that. I really don't like cauliflower tbh, but thanks for the suggestion. The thing is I don't normally eat breakfast, I have to be out of the house for work at 7:15am, so it's a difficult one to make extra time for it.
I'm currently not on BP tablets, but that may change over time.
I really hope the weight does come down. It's something I've struggled with all my life.

If you were to have something for breakfast then you would be less likely to snack on high carb foods during the morning.
You could have something ready in the fridge to grab, full fat Greek yoghurt with nuts or berries or hard boiled egg and cheese.
Nature Valley Protein or KIND bars are only 10g carb so quick to grab.
3 mins less in the shower and you would have time.
