I haven't been on the forum for a while. Since the last time I posted I have had Covid (double jabbed so not too poorly ) I have lost more weight I'm now just over 9st and bmi down to 20.3. I ate porridge with 30ml of evaporated milk for breakfast and did a blood glucose before eating it was 6.3 and 2hours later 5.7! Would anyone be able to explain why it is less?any help much appreciated

That's your pancreas (and everything else) working as it should be, to keep your blood glucose within quite a tight range.
Certainly nothing to worry about!
