Just something I've recently tried
Large fat parsnip or carrot, cut into thin chips, part boil for 5 mins, drain and dry.
1-2 sprays of light cooking oil, and a sprinkle of salt and paprika. I cook mine in the air fryer, but you can also do them in the oven.
I have mine with turkey breast done in "So Maggi" paper things and veg, its a good meal to be honest.
Not going to lie, real chips are more tastier, but these are low in fat, starch and carbs.
best think I have noticed is they still fill you up, helps stop your body going into starvation panic mode when on a diet
