I have access to near enough everything on there. That is the system my surgery uses but they do not allow the full range of service.
That's mine amazing and efficient..blood test results were there the following dayMy gp surgery us systmonline. I got access to it when I was diagnosed. It allows me to book appointments (gp and blood tests), view my patient record, view all test results, message the surgery and request repeat prescriptions. Is a fantastic system.
Our surgery has Patient Access which is so useful. Except a,couple of weeks ago forgot my password and after 3 attempts it locked me out, then emailed me that my account was going to he deleted. I tried to contact PA, no luck, also the surgery was closed, more emails about deleting my account . Decided not to take BP, would have blown the machine up. I then remembered my password and decided to try on my phone and it let me in. Tried on the PC and now it let me in. I decided to.put it down to 'one of those things'...Blood results How do I access my blood results online
