Thanks everyone for your kind words of encouragement and support. I think me just writing things on here helped. Its still a struggle but I'm trying my hardest to stick with things as best I can. I'm trying not to let high numbers bother me. I will get my hba1c down again. I'm writing everything down that I eat, even if I know I shouldn't eat it. I'm trying to make better choices food wise and will take little achievable steps.

Thanks Ted. Its been a tough year that's for sure. Planning our next Route 66 trip is something to look forward to and focus on. X

Hiya @Stitch147. 🙂 I’m so sorry to hear you’ve been struggling, sending (((hugs))). We can all appreciate how you’re feeling. I go to M&S Food once in a blue moon and still manage to feel tempted by all the goodies on offer (bloomin’ food-porn adverts!) so I can’t imagine what it’s like working there! As @eggyg says, make one small change at a time. If a food diary doesn’t work, don’t keep one. This pandemic has effected us all in unexpected ways. You’ll get there. (((More hugs)))
