Yes, BG drops after as a result of exercise.
Worth experimenting to see what happens to your levels.

This explains everything! I live like a nun, nun of this, nun of that and nun of the other!
:))
You are just hysterical Ditto lol

I heard there a baby boom because of lockdown and lot of low sugar levels lol.

I really don't know, give me 5 minuets and I will give you an answer.

Yes there is 😉
That was 1 minute,...well 30 seconds if you factor in getting the meter, lancet and test strip out, and waiting for the result!

Never mind, the advice often given is Test, Test, Test.

What's sex ?

You need a talk about the Birds & the Bee's.

Thing is I know birds do it but do Bee's do it ? never seen Bee's at it in the garden, must call David A at the BBC.

As a beekeeper myself I do occasionally find the odd disemgenitaled (don't think there really is such a word but was thinking disemboweled) drones lying around on paths and the drive during the mating/swarming season. I would hope they died happy! Better than the ones that die of the cold when the girls kick them out of the hive at the end of the summer. It takes 2 or 3 female workers to evict each drone and there are often piles of dead and dying drones clearly visible under the hive entrances. These are the ones that didn't ever get to mate.... but they sat around with their feet up watching the girls work non stop through the summer months to prepare for winter, enjoying the good life! The hive can't afford hangers on in winter so they all get turfed out to die on the doorstep.

Think I would just get kicked out to die rather than have me nuts ripped off then kicked out then die.
