Thought that would get your attention
Is there a link between having sex and lower blood glucose? Cos I've noticed that my results are always in the afterwards.
 
Maybe it's to do with stress and endorphins?

Well, it gets your heart rate up and the body sweating so it should lower it, at least in theory!

It makes my blood sugars go up. But then I have PCOS and oestrogen dominance and sex plays havoc with my oestrogen levels which then messes with my blood sugars. Exercise makes them go up too.

No you started it I want to add more.

Perhaps the official advice should be, Test BG before sex then 2 hours after, just like we do with meals.

Two hours after we start or two hours after we finish?!
 
If it's me we are talking about test just before then 2 minutes after, two hours after testing I will leave to the youngsters.
