I've woken today to a bg of 7.4 and my weight is 11st 13lbs meaning a total weight loss since 1st lockdown end of March 2020 (so far) of 3 stone.
Could not be doing this without all your help and support, thank you!
Still a way to go but as my moniker says...
 
Well done @Spoon & thank you! I think (D)iabetes is like a very Mischeivous imp. D likes to lull you into thinking you understand it and then bam - along comes D with a new trick to make you rethink everything!
I think the only way to get the upper hand in anyway is perseverance!
