Hi I’ve been T2 for a couple of years on metformin and three weeks ago was called in to clinic at hospital after having bloods and feeling rubbish.
My diabetes is secondary to pancreatic insufficiency. Anyone suffer from this as everywhere I have asked no one seems to?
I’ve now been put on insulin injections and have had to over come my fear of needles.
So I await the phone call appointment today where they are on about injections at meal times.
I’m a coach driver ( group 2) and been told I cannot drive either group 2 or group 1 by the consultant until I hear from dvla. Luckily my employer is keeping my job open for now but this won’t always be the case.
That’s enough of my waffle so thank you for letting join
