Last year, our company annual kick off event was in Florida. As well as days of presentations, evenings of drinking and an afternoon at Movie World we picked up a few company goodies.
Due to the pandemic, it has gone virtual - no socialising and no roller coasters. But, the company has been good enough to send us a box of snacks to keep us going through the endless presentations. In my box was a bag of Cheesies, "Crunchy Popped Cheese". The ingredients are Emmental. That's it so zero carbs.
I do not eat a low carb diet but it's useful to have something to snack on without the need for insulin once in a while.
They tasted pretty good and I see their website includes a few other types of cheese which I may have to try out.
Their website is here: https://www.cheesies.co.uk.
Looks as if you can buy direct from them and from Amazon. Probably elsewhere too.
Apologies if I am teaching the low carbers to suck eggs but some may not have heard of them.
(I have nothing to do with them commercially and get nothing from the recommendation apart from a warm fuzzy feeling for helping out some fellow people with diabetes.)
