In terms of looking at diagnostics for T1, places like Medichecks or Blue Horizon will happily run, and interpret them for you, obviously for a fee. Some folks find the blood draw a bit of a challenge, but there are lots of options available for that, from utilising Medichecks or Blue Horizon's partners, to your practise agreeing to draw a little more blood when you have your routine testing done, to a travelling phlebotomist, who, for a small fee (£12 if I recall) will draw blood for any tests, provided she has the paperwork - even NHS ones.

I need to rummage to find the link - it's a UK network of independent phlebotomists.
