I have been looking at different kinds of yogurts. I am sure l have seen one with no sugar or fat contents. But l can't remember the name. Thanks

Probably Fage 0% but why do you want no fat? The fat will help to keep you from feeling hungry and provide slow release energy. Many of us here on the forum choose full fat or Creamy natural Greek yoghurt because it is lower in carbs than most low fat yoghurts and is more filling and not branded so relatively inexpensive to buy I use Lidl's Milbona Creamy Greek Natural Yoghurt and it comes in a litre tub

You can get 0% carb or 0% fat (or very close) but don't recall 0% of both.

Alpro plain, coconut & almond are all about 2.x% carbs and fat. They also do a plain unsweetened with 0% carb and 2.x% fat. These are not dairy and different texture. I think there are some own-brand which are also 0% carbs and 2.x% fat but don't have any in stock to check quantities or dairy.

I usually use Alpro but might try Milbona after seeing it mentioned again.

I buy Fage Total 5% Fat Greek yoghurt - I prefer 10% when I can get it but Fage 5% is lower in carbs than the Tesco 10% Fat Greek yoghurt so I buy the 5% in kilo pots.
