Oh no I understand now, it must be difficult

53 year old Asian male.
Diabetes type 2 over 20 years
Metformin 1000mg (reduced from 2000mg due to kidney disease).
Canagilflorizin 100mg (recently reduced from 300mg)
Glicizide 240mg
Trajenta 5mg (just started)
High Blood pressure, but controlled with Lisonpiril 5mg, BP around-reads aroun115/70
High Cholesterol, Atorvastin 80mg, controlled but high Triglycerides (due to low carb but higher fat intake)
Height 5ft7.5. Weight 80 kg, target 73kg,
Now on low carb diet around 120g per day.
HbA1c reads previous years 113 target 70

Diabetic complications eyes... Retinopathy, Macular Edema, Iritis, Tractional Retina Detachment, Cataract Removal.

CKD Kidneys eGFR read down to 43 (stage 3b) now back up to 58, target 60 plus (stage 2)

Negatives- want to avoid taking insulin.

Positives - ecen with all the complications, still living the dream!
