Yoghurt

It's fine, but the "Creamy" 10% version of the same brand is nicer and more filling than the fat-free one you show. Unless you have another condition that requires you to keep fats very low, diabetes does not mean you have to go low fat.

Milbona is Lidl's own brand, very similar to Aldi's (?Brooklea). @rebrascora recommends! But make sure you get the 10% creamy not the zero-fat.
 
Yes, both Aldi and Lidl ones are very good and both come in a 1kg bucket/pot.
 
Think it is 4.1 carbs
Absolutely fine them.
There is a difference between the high protein low fat or zero fat yoghurts and the Greek full fat ones but carbs are about the same.
I found the high protein mousses OK for a change as they are also low carb.
