Hi All can someone tell me one of the best yoghurts for type 2, also should it be full fat or low fat.
Many thanks

The one I buy is from Lidl, or sometimes Tesco - full fat Greek style yoghurt. The Lidl one I ate for breakfast today is 10% fat and 4.6% carbs and the 1Kg pot is 5 or 6 servings.Hi All can someone tell me one of the best yoghurts for type 2, also should it be full fat or low fat.

We need fat to keep our body healthy, and dairy fat seems to work just fine.
