I started using xylitol until it suddenly started to make me feel really ill. Probably just me but maybe something to be aware of. I felt listless, nauseous and whole body unwell. This lasted for about 45 mins.
Anyone else experienced this?

I think some people can have bad reactions to sweeteners like xylitol, erythritol and the like. I had a dodgy stomach when I used some erythritol to sweeten some rhubarb and then also added a bit into the crumble topping. Too much, but have been fine with it since as I haven't used as much.
