Wraps made from cheese. A game changer?

You can serve the food, minus the tortillas, on a small plate with a chunk of cheese either on the side or grated over the top.

It's always nice to see carbs getting the victory V's.
Yeah but there’s something quite satisfying about wrapping meat in something.
 
Wish I could find these, I love cheese and to have veg or meats wrapped in this would be heaven. 🙂
 
Have you guys tried cauliflower dough? I've seen someone on youtube use it as a burrito, which sounds like it might be useful here.
 
I wanted to try chaffles - cheese waffles, so bought a waffle maker. They might do the job.
the recipe is basically an egg and finely divided cheese - I grated mine, but it was too long so I spread it out on a chopping board and used a long knife to make it shorter. Mix well and cook - you can add a small amount of coconut flour or ground almonds or psyllium, or various other bits and pieces, but as my maker is one with four quarters rather than a single circle it is large enough and flexible enough to fold.
