Why are you overly concerned about low carbohydrates. At your weight and medication, I would be very cautious. I should have noticed earlier. Just use normal flat breads and count the carbs.
Unfortunately none of us can answer that question, they may work for someone but send another person high, you would have to test before eating then around 2 hours after to find out if they worked for you, sorry I can't help you more x
I have become very fond of Be Free wraps at about 17 carbs each. Sweet potato ones are great and they also do wholegrain ones and chia seed ones. Also make good tortilla type chips by cutting into smaller pieces and heating through on a dry non stick pan. Chuck over some ham, cheese, bacon, tomato whatever and an easy lunch
