It's a very expensive way of buying milled linseed/flaxseed (same thing!). I make porridge with jumbo oats, but eke out a small portion of oats with milled flaxseed and finely chopped pecan nuts, both much lower carb than oats and much higher fibre. I do notice if I don't have porridge for a few days I need to resort to dried fruit for the fibre.

I buy whole golden flaxseeds from Tesco and whizz them in my blender to mill them. I have fresh or frozen berries - I doubt if the mulberries amount to much!

i make over night oats, 30g with greek yoghurt and frozen berries and i add cinnamon, just looking for different ideas thank you

I just use whole mixed seeds in my breakfast yoghurt and grind them with my teeth 😱 as I eat them. I too like cinnamon and ginger and in the summer I chop lemon balm leaves up and add those. Currently using stewed apple and blackberries with my yoghurt. I think you pay a lot for these products when you could make something just as good yourself with very little effort. If you have the money to spend on it and you consider it a treat, go for it.

It is very rewarding to make something with home grown ingredients, I am making a chilli with onions, peppers, chilli, courgette, aubergine, tomatoes, beans with only the mince and some dried herbs and seasoning not home grown.
