We are currently conducting research to explore dietary decisions while living with type 2 diabetes. The study aims to improve knowledge in this area, to better support those living with type 2 diabetes in the future. You can help shape this research by completing a short survey.

If you have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, are aged between 18 to 65 years (inclusive) and do not have other special dietary requirements (such as for dietary allergies), then we would like to invite you to take part.

The survey shouldn’t take any longer than ten minutes to complete.

Thank you for your time.

Hello, have just completed the form - I should have said that although prescribed metformin and statins I didn't actually take them, choosing to do what I could through diet and exercise. I wasn't able to go back to the box to add that in, but I think it is relevant. Sorry!

Why the age restriction? At 68 I am too old. Surely not.
any pointers for low carb, was diagnosed end march. first blood test was HbA1C 68 8.4% next one was told was 53 but had changed my metformin to slow release half way through and to get test in another 3 months .

have not lost a pound but trying really hard :(

Thank you very much for sharing! I will take this paragraph of yours into consideration!
