Hi I've been type 1 for about 12 years now but I'm really starting to worry about it I'm 22 and my levels have always been low and high I'm starting to really worry about running high a lot of the time I've been told that I have diabetes in both my eyes but it's reverse able (this was a few months ago) I've been on a carb course and regular contact with my diabetes nurse but I was wondering if anyone had any helpful advice on how to feel less scared about This and how to bring my levels back in range

As regards your levels keep a food diary with carb count and details of your insulin. Hopefully it's just a case of needing to adjust your doses.
Probably be as well to check that your basal insulin as well. There's an item about basal testing in the pumping section of the forum but it's valid for all us juice monkeys.

Hi Benjamin, hopefully if you read around on the forum and jump into some of the discussions you’ll feel less alone and it will become less scary.

Hi Benjamin, I am still all new to all this my friend. Just wanted to welcome you to the forum.
