Well here I am after having a great night out 🙂 which I really enjoyed.
The buffet looked and was delicious! I estimated 53g carbs and did 5.5 units of humalog for food. I got 2x pigs in blankets 1g carbs but I think it's a bit more, 1x chicken pakora 10g carbs, 1x sausage roll 17g carbs, 1x 1/2 of a bread bap with a delicious tuna filling and cucumber on top, 1x 1/2 of a bread bap with a delicious prawn and marie rose filling on and for the 2 halves of the bap I did 25g of carbs, 3x cheese & pineapple on sticks 0g carbs.
Then I had 2x whisky&diet cokes paid for by our headteacher and my friend kept the red wine flowing but I just had small amounts of it and....in the small hours my head was banging 😱 quite a while since I've had that happen.
I did a lot of dancing too.

So hard to estimate when you have dancing to add into the mix! But it looks like any extra carbs there might have been hidden anywhere were mopped up by your awesome boogeying!
