Wordle - Quordle Thread

Not happy about the first word in Quordle this morning.

Wordle in 3
Quordle 4 9 8 6 = 27
Octordle in 57

Gives me 87

I’m sure it’s made up US slang. Fortunately I eventually got all the letters. and was able to sort them out into something, but I didn’t like it!

I was just really annoyed because it cost me a life as there was only one known word it could be at row 3 as far as I was concerned and it really irritated me when it wasn't that but some "made up" word! Grrrh!

Just looked on oed.com - they have first record of it from mid 1700s! Though don't think that excuses them using a word that is so obscure.

Slightly irritating day where all going well before running into difficulties late on. Ho hum.

A 4 on Wordle, 5, 7, 8, 3 for 23 on Quordle, and a 55 on Octordle. Total of 82.

Octordle to the wire for 69 (started well but quickly went downhill)
