Tackled the VIRUS'd Weekly Challenge after Daily Wordle. Thought I had won it with the antibiotics but just saw I was pipped by @rebrascora ! Maybe she has horse ones?

Tricky set today not helped by me guessing a word with an eliminated letter when I had only one possible solution!

Left finishing Wordle till last today as it was the only one that didn't really flow. Quordle was 5, 6, 4, 3 for 18, an Octordle 52 and a 4 on Wordle for a total of 74.

Ocordle for 51 My starter word gave me a 2 with a bit of head scratching and then for once things went mostly my way

@Robin Was the one you struggled on No 3? That was my 2 but I would have struggled if my starting word hadn't given me a green and 2 yellow.

No, it was no.7, I had to rearrange what I’d got (3 yellows and a green) and add one letter. No.3 sorted itself because I’d eliminated any useful looking vowels, and got 3 yellow consonants.

After a fantatic Wordle, a decent Octordle but as all to often Quordle let me down!

I thought todays Octordle was tricky, a couple of words that I would never have thought were allowable, if I hadn’t known they’d cropped up before.

Well I failed at octordle. One guess which was wrong I wouldn't have made if I'd spotted it clashed with a vowel I'd wrongly placed first go. Agree some words a surprise.

Managed to find a half way decent way through the tricky Quordle. Always nice to start with a Wordle 2, then 6, 2, 4, 5 for 17 on Quordle, and an Octordle 59. Total of 78.
