Wordle - Quordle Thread

Better for me than I expected as, like @rebrascora, one word in Quordle had me stumped, as had two words in Octordle. I had gotten off to a great start and didn’t want to blow it, so I decided to take a break from both puzzles in hopes of getting some inspiration. Ended up with a fairly decent score after some head scratching.

Result: 3+16+59=78

Decent enough result this morning, all things considered. The last word in Octordle had me stumped for quite a while.

Result: 3+22+58=82

Total and utter disaster for me today. My starter word gave me enough in Octordle to lure me into making rash decisions which used too many lives early on instead of using a second word to give me more to go on.

Quordle 3 7 6 8 = 24
Octordle ended up a triple X DNF

I had a straight run through Octordle today, but only after using three starter/helper words, which is my usual technique. It was Quordle that had me head scratching this morning.
