:D:D Got on the scales this morning..... lost 23lb so far since end of March.... yay!!! My bs are in the blue/green...more blues than greens. I'm so pleased my bloods are in the 5's 6's and sometimes the odd 7's. I'm going to keep at it, see how much I can lose.

Fantastic weight loss and BG readings! Well done!
I hope you are very proud of yourself because you deserve to be.
Thanks for posting as I am sure your success will inspire others.

Thank you so much. It has been daunting, but I will get there. My hubby has been so supportive, he's changing his diet along with me, bless him (although he did have mash with his dinner one day last week) lol.

Well done @Pina great result good ole hubby joining in to help.

Yes mash is a bit naughty but have a look on the food section plenty of alternatives.

Thank you for all your kind words. It's going to be a long journey, but we can do it. x
My weight loss journey took 2 years . Can’t believe where I am today was a size 26 now a size 8 . In the middle of it got diagnosed with type 1 . Now walking about 5 miles a day , and thoroughly enjoying life . It takes time and determination but I’m sure you’ll get to your goal . Good luck x

Fantastic @Pina!

Great to see your hard work paying off. Congratulations on your fab results 🙂
