Hi Guys,

Just been to see the doctor and he's delighted with my Hba1c of 6.2%. He's reduced my dose of Metformin to 1 x 500 mg per day and if I get my Hba1c down to under 6, can come off the Metformin and regulate with diet and exercise.

Interestingly, my stomach has been getting very upset with the 1000mg dose (a new thing) and he thought that was because my body was producing more insulin. He stressed the importance of low carbing and exercise and warned me not to become complacent.

In the middle of flytting here in Norway and I was worried that my stress levels would have a negative effect .....I'm chuffed!

Fantastic Donna, well done :D x
