Get my HbA1c tomorrow... (eugh is it going to be in new terms)

I'm really really hoping that it DOESN'T reflect my usual blood sugars, like they have done before. So that way nothing has to change though i'm planning to send a letter to the MODY research people explaining my case. Just waiting for that number.

I'll let you know how it goes...

Good luck🙂

Good luck Liz. Fingers crossed for a pleasant surprise. XXXXX

Hi Liz. Best of luck with the result.

Sadly, the Hb always reflects the BGs but it's the levels in between tests that can make it surprisingly good.🙂

What is your fear about it that may lead to changes ? (sorry for being slow on the uptake 🙄)

Very best of luck Liz! 🙂 x

*dances*

HbA1c is 51mmol! I'm happy with that.
GP said he's happier with that than, as previous, 43 as that was likely to have been because of a lot of hypos etc, which it was 🙂

Can anyway give me a scale of new to old measurements, I think its about 6.8% but i'm not sure :\

Brilliant, congratulations. I'm so glad it was a good score. Umm, what is that in old money?

Well done Liz 🙂

Well done Liz - sorry I missed the post to wish you luck but glad you got a result you are happy with.🙂

Well done Liz! I missed the good luck post, sorry!

I don't have a feel for the new numbers at all. Ahh well. Congrats nonetheless!! :D
