Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Over the years tried most diets, slimming world/weight watchers & meal replacements. Have type 2, but on insulin. Also have IBS & been diagnosed with gastroperisis so haven't been eating so good lately. Dont know what diet to follow as cannot have wholemeal/wholegrain. Really struggling. Please help!

I try and stick to a mediterranean diet, if you can't do that then divide your plate into 1/4s. 1st 1/4 Protein, 2nd 1/4 carbs (baby potatoes), 1/2 green veg

Welcome to the forum, Moomoos. Are you trying to lose weight? How were your gastroparesis and IBS diagnoses made? As you have several conditions for which diet plays an important part in management, you could ask your GP (or hospital consultant/s if you have one or more) to refer you to a dietician.
