Today I had a level of 6.4 in the morning and now I have a fasting level of 5.4
On the one hand I am pleased about the numbers but on the other hand as usual when I am around the level of 5.4 I feel headachy and my ears start singing and I stop being able to focus (mentally and visually) and concentrate.
I see other people with levels around 4 and even 3 and they are okay and functioning so I am wondering if there is something wrong with me or something I should be aware of that I am not aware of.
Today I had flatbreads for breakfast (I am experimenting with wheat bran and vital wheat in my diet) with egg salad and I haven't had anything else to eat yet today but I have been drinking plenty of fluids.
