lots of problems with this and the black is very worrying.
hope you get it treated xx

Oh my - your skin looks really really dry.
Since I had a very tomato looking toe after having a Covid jab I have found that my feet and lower legs are a lot better as I did an intense regime to encourage blood flow.
Feet are sprayed with alternately cold and hot water in the shower, to start with, then to finish off lift up each foot and spray hot water all up my leg giving it a massage, then a brisk towelling off.
I rub my toe nails with moisturiser as I had bother with ingrowing edges and found that body lotion softened them and they uncurled.
I don't sit still for long periods without moving my feet.
I take gingko biloba, a circulation booster which has saved many a body part over the centuries.
The only downside to all this attention is that the hairs on my legs think it is for their benefit and they are growing quite noticeably, but swollen feet and ankles are no more and I will either have to find different shoes or wear socks.
I do hope that your appointment today has gone well - but please please don't let your blood stagnate.
