Ok, this one isn't diabetes-related (I think).
I've noticed that my ears do something a bit weird at specific sounds - for instance, if someone is hitting something with a hammer nearby, I hear a funny crackling sound, a bit like when you've got bubble bath in your ears. It only happens when I'm hearing sounds of a particular volume or pitch and my hearing is good. Just wondering, does this happen to anyone else (ie is it normal) and is there any way of stopping it?
