Just wondering what everyone's having or had for dinner / tea this evening.

I'm having left over homemade hotpot, yesterday's.

Home made pizza (ham and mushroom) and 3 dough balls.

I've had Ozzie Alan S's beef stew served with a mountain of spinach :D

well not HIS.... I made it..... but it is his recipe 😛

and a WW yogurt 🙂

Probably all wrong diabetically but:

1 Cumberland sausage, frozen peas (3 tablespoons), caramelised onions (one tablespoon), 1 small new potato: followed by half a Tesco snack lunchbox portion of mixed fruit chunks in natural juice and 2 tablespoons low fat custard with a glass of diet coke.

Cod loin with my Daughters special rice:-
Chopped onion
Peas
Sweetcorn
all mixed in Brown rice

I can't get enough of it, its yummy

I'm embarrassed to say I had chicken and mushroom pie, chips and peas followed by sugar-free jelly and ice cream! 😱 🙂

I had Heinz tomato soup with 2 rounds of toast (and I might have had a small fairy cake after 😱).

Main meal was midday.

Now I'm hungry again reading this thread.🙄

Beef stew for me. Feeling very full

Homemade potato wedges, steamed fish coated in sliced garlic and mixed vegetables.

A bit bizarre, and very untypical, but partner is away and they were in the fridge, past their use by date, so I ate one of two individual ginger sponge puddings - 58g of CHO, and delicious! No doubt other will be eaten before he gets back 🙂

hubby has made chilli with stewing steak ground up in the food processer rather than mince as he doesnt trust the supermarket mince ....yummm

A pork chop, 40g Jacket potato, cauli and brocolli, and 2 roasted mushrooms with a little cheese.

Very nice but I wonder why I bother with a tiny potato:D

Home grown shepherds pie

all sounds really yummy 😛

Mince beef and onions with a small dumpling for us.

Three vegetarian sausages, small potato, roasted butternut, sprouts and broccoli. Then an orange and an apple.

Sounds much healthier than what I had - in fact most of these do! I'm making a big pan of chili tomorrow, that's fairly healthy! 🙂

Remind me not to stand downwind of you any time from Sunday ....

Possibly I should have that health warning too as that's exactly what I had for tea, with rice - then tomorrow we have what's left with Jacket spuds. If there isn't much chilli left then I just have a taste and a liberal amount of grated cheese. And do an extended bolus ...... TG I can eat that now without chasing hypos.
