Since having a cold ,flu around a month ago I'm finding my readings have been as good as they've ever been, time in range In the 70s which is good for me, the only real change is I'm not walking to and from work so my numbers seem to stay steady except after tea where I'm usually having to snack ( biscuits) before bedtime to keep my numbers up till I wake up in the morning, sometimes I'm not even getting through to the morning without a low alarm sounding (checked with finger prick ) what's the best to reduce first basal or bolus also what's everyone's go to for a snack which is healthier than biscuits.
