Having read all this post through I'd be placing the blame with the insulin in the first pen or the pen itself. Very weird to be like this all day long unless you are simply not getting the insulin. Hope that is the explanation as at least it's easily dealt with. You haven't had any new medication for anything else in the last day or so have you? I've recently had a different asthma inhaler which has given me high levels, of course the medics won't believe that's the cause but I've had to significantly increase Levemir. Just a thought. Hope it all settles down now for you.
