Oh - when I went from low fat high carb to low carb with the natural fat, my cholesterol went down.
Same here. My early stage non-alcoholic fatty liver disease disappeared too as did my gallstone problems and my high blood pressure. In fact almost every health problem I previously struggled with improved within weeks of starting the very low carb high fat method of eating and went to near normal levels/normal levels within 18 months.
