Need suggestions. On a typical day I come home from work craving something sweet and tasty just to tied me over til Dinner and isn't going to send my levels sky high. So what do you have? I would very interested in what all you guys have, please tell me I am not the only one who eats between meals

Sugar free jellies are good 🙂 I get the powdered stuff in packets and make them up into 5 pots, works out very cheap 🙂

Not sweet, but my 'grab a handful' of choice has been dry roasted peanuts for years. Minimal carbs unless you have quite a few.

What insulin regime are you on? If you're on MDI, why not just bolus for what you're eating?

How about a piece of fruit? Pineapple is nice and refreshing too. A just ripe banana is nice.

I love frozen raspberries :D It's very rare I snack though but if I really want something sweet that's what I go for.
