And no fruit juice which I used to drink at least 1 litre per day and no chocolate biscuits. My current calories intake each day is between 800 and 1,000
Wow. That's not much food! How long are you thinking of sticking to such a low number?

Until I reach 80 kgs Northener then an new strategy to keep it at that level.
I am actually eating very well to be honest and fully satisfied🙂
